Reviews and Ratings
My experience at Ocean House was absolutely unforgettable. The breathtaking ocean views from the room added a special touch to my birthday celebration. The staff went the extra mile, making the stay feel personalized and pampered. However, the price was on the higher side, which might not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the dining options were a highlight, but the wait times could be improved during busy hours.
My experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were stunning and luxurious, and the beach access was fantastic, the service I encountered was lacking, especially during peak hours. Dining options were disappointingly limited, and cleanliness in some areas could be improved. Overall, it felt like the hotel was struggling to provide the premium experience they boast, given the high rates charged.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the property itself was stunning and the location was great, the service was lackluster and the dining options left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid, I expected much more in terms of hospitality and food variety. It definitely fell short of the five-star experience I was hoping for.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the luxurious room and exceptional dining made my time there truly enjoyable. On the other hand, I was left disappointed by the slow service and communication issues during my visit. Overall, I found it to be a beautiful property that shines in many areas but has a few hiccups that could use improvement.
The Ocean House has a beautiful beachfront location and offers a variety of activities, but my experience with the afternoon tea was disappointing due to poor food quality and service. The valet staff was also notably unhelpful, which marred what could have been an enjoyable trip. On a positive note, the overall staff assistance at other points was excellent, making my stay feel more welcoming despite these issues.
